Stechelberg
Stechelberg is a quieter resort in the upper Lauterbrunnen valley. In summer footpaths lead into the wonderful nature reserve.
The UNESCO World Heritage theme paths are particularly to be recommended. In winter the winter sport region of Mürren is quickly and easily reached by Schilthorn cable car. Stechelberg has a population of 300 and offers 265 beds in 4 hotels/mountain inns and 22 holiday flats. There are also 2 campsites for visitors.
