Wellness in Lauterbrunnen is first and foremost about going for a stroll up the Lütschine River, enjoying the sunshine in splendid mountain scenery and feeling at peace with the world.
For a visit to a sauna, spa or other wellness complex there are several options available in Wengen and Mürren. For those happy with an indoor swimming pool, the Hotel Jungfrau’s own pool is also open to non-residents. Guests can treat themselves to a massage on making an appointment with one of the various therapists in Lauterbrunnen.
